Remove Search Redirect Virus without Its Coming back

‘It's New Tab extension's fault I can't Disable it (because it's always coming back because it is a "Data Manager for Firefox") & i can't find it in the extensions folder either! Please Help Me! I'm getting Pissed off Meow!’

      > ‘Search’ section will bring you to ‘Manage Add-on’ window > check ‘Toolbars and Extensions’ and then ‘Search Providers.
      >‘Tabs’ section brings to ‘Tabbed Browsing Settings’ > untick ‘Always switch to new tabs when they are created’ > press ‘OK’.
4. Go to Privacy tab to turn on ‘Popup Blocker’.
  • Google Chrome
Click on ‘Customize and control’ Google Chrome icon -> select ‘Settings’ -> manage ‘Extension’ -> ‘manage search engine’ to replace with other reputable search engines.
  • Mozilla Firefox
At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Tools menu -> manage Add-ons -> modification should be made under Extensions tab and Plugins tab respectively.

Step 2. Disable startup items to remove virus.
  • Windows 8
Start screen -> type 'Task' -> hit Startup tab -> find and select’s startup item -> press Disable to remove virus.

  • Windows 7/XP/Vista 
Start Menu -> select ‘Run’ -> type ‘MSCONFIG’ -> hit Startup tab -> find and select’s startup item -> press Disable all to remove virus.

Step 3. Show hidden files and folders to remove thoroughly.
  • Windows 8
Start Screen -> open My Computer -> open Windows Explorer -> select View tab -> tick ‘File name extensions’ and ‘Hidden items’ options -> find and delete related items to remove search redirect virus.

  • Windows 7/XP/Vista
Start menu -> open ‘Control Panel’ -> search for ‘Folder Options’ -> hit View tab -> tick ‘Show hidden files and folders and non-tick Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)’ -> press ‘OK’ -> find and delete related items to remove search redirect virus.
